Apple Buns

INGREDIENTS

1 packet Vitarium Bread Mix
2 teaspoons cinnamon
20 ml vegetable oil
450 ml warm water
7 g yeast
Approx 1 cup cooked/canned apple
Icing
½ cup pure icing sugar
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice


STEP ONE

Follow step 1 and 2 of bread mix instructions, adding cinnamon.

STEP TWO

Half fill 12 greased or paper-lined muffin tins, add a spoonful of apple, then more bread mix.

STEP THREE

Leave to rise in a warm place about 30 minutes till doubled, then cook at 180* approx 20-25 minutes till browned. Remove from tins. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.

STEP FOUR

Mix icing sugar with enough lemon juice to make it spreadable, and spoon over the tops. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon. Eat while still warm.

STEP FIVE

Leftovers can be frozen, but will be more scrumptious if sliced vertically and toasted.
