Bacon & Corn Quiche

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
125 grams grated tasty cheese
125 grams finely diced bacon
125 gram tin corn kernels, drained
1 & 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup Vitarium Self Raising Flour
1 & 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 onion, finely diced
STEP ONE
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius & prepare a 23cm pie plate by lightly spraying with canola oil.
STEP TWO
In a medium bowl lightly beat the eggs & then add the milk. Add the flour & whisk until combined.
STEP THREE
Add the onion, cheese, bacon, corn & dijon mustard and mix until combined & then pour quiche mixture into the prepared 23cm pie plate.
STEP FOUR
Place in 180 degree pre heated oven & cook for 45min. Remove from oven & allow to cool slightly & serve with a fresh garden salad.
