Caramelized Onion, Feta and Rosemary Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 x Vitarium Bread Mix
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
20 ml vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
450ml warm water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
7g yeast
50-100g feta cheese
2 x medium onions
1/2 teaspoon rosemary


STEP ONE

Preheat oven to 180c. Prepare Vitarium bread mix as directed using, oil, warm water and yeast. Heat extra oil in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the onions,brown sugar and vinegar and cook very slowly for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure the onions don't burn.

STEP TWO

Chop or crumble the feta and set aside. When bread dough is ready place on greased tray and flatten slightly . Spread dough with caramelized onion, sprinkle over feta and rosemary.

STEP THREE

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for a further 10 minutes or until brown.
