Chocolate Brownies/Birthday Cake

INGREDIENTS

250g Butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup Vitarium Self Raising Flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence


STEP ONE

Melt butter in a medium saucepan, mix in cocoa and remove from heat. Then stir in sugar.

STEP TWO

Add eggs and beat well. Sift in Vitarium SR flour and then vanilla essence and mix well.

STEP THREE

BROWNIES: Pour into greased lamington tin and bake at 180C for 25-30mins. Be very careful not to over cook. CAKE: Pour into lined spring form tin and bake at 180c for 30-40 mins. Be very carefull not to over cook.(it is ok if it darkens a LITTLE on top)
