Chocolate Soft Centered Puddingss

How many would it make: 5 portion

Ingredients list:

1 pkt chocolate reduced sugar muffin mix made to directions on packet
100 gms Gluten free chocolate

Method:

Make up muffin mix as directed and spoon into five greased ramekins. Cook as per directions on packet. on removing from the oven, push several pieces of chocolate into the center of each pudding, whereupon it will melt.
Serve with gluten free custard, ice cream or cream.
