Gluten Free Cinnamon Cake

How many would it make: 8 portion
Ingredients list:
2 tsp baking powder
125 gms melted butter
400 gms sugar
1/2 lt (500ml) butter milk
4 tsp cinnamon (20gms)
1/2 tsp baking soda
400 gms Vitarium plain flour (gluten free)
ICING MIX
11/2 cup of icing sugar (Gluten Free)
1tsp cocoa
1 tsp decaf coffee
dash of water to mix required consistency
Method:
Mix melted butter and sugar
mix in buttermilk
sift in flour, baking soda and cinnamon into wet mix
pour into greased tin
bake at 180 o c until cooked, 45 mins approx
