Gluten Free Corn Flake Biscuits

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Vitarium Gluten free Self Raising Flour
2 cups lightly crushed Gluten Free cornflakes
125g butter
1 egg
1/3 cup white sugar
2/3 cup sultanas
STEP ONE
Cream Butter & Sugar until light and fluffy.
STEP TWO
Add Egg, beat well.
STEP THREE
Fold in sifted flour and sultanas, mix well.
STEP FOUR
Drop teaspoons full of mixture into cornflakes, roll lightly.
STEP FIVE
Place on lightly greased oven trays. Allow room for spreading.
STEP SIX
Bake in a moderate oven 180deg for 20 minutes.
STEP SEVEN
Serve and enjoy. Makes great lunchbox snacks and good for after school munchies
