Gluten free Chocolate Brownie Slice (Brownies)

INGREDIENTS
200g butter
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups brown sugar (dark)
1 tsp vanilla essence (extract)
1 cup gluten free plain flour
2 eggs
STEP ONE
Pre heat oven to 180deg. Grease and line a 30x20cm tin
STEP TWO
Melt butter and cocoa together over low heat do not boil.
STEP THREE
Add sugar and vanilla extract stir well.
STEP FOUR
Remove from heat. Sift in flour and stir well.
STEP FIVE
Add eggs beat them in well.
STEP SIX
Spread evenly in tin. Bake for 20 minutes
STEP SEVEN
Allow to cool in tin.
STEP EIGHT
While cooling prepare a simple chocolate topping. 60g of cadbury dark cooking chocolate and 60mls cream. Melt together in small saucepan over low heat. When combined take off heat, stir well and allow to cool until thick and creamy.
STEP NINE
Spread topping over brownie, slice and serve. Delicious warmed in microwave served with ice cream or cream. Great in lunch boxes. Will keep up to a week if it lasts that long. Enjoy
