My Easy Faithful Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup Vitarium Gluten Free Self Raising flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
125g melted butter
1 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
STEP ONE
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat for 3-5 mins.
STEP TWO
While mixing, grease or line a 20cm round or square cake tin. When mix is ready add to tin.
STEP THREE
Cook in a moderate oven (180) for 50-55 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cook for 10mins in tin then on cake rack.
STEP FOUR
PRESTO! THE EASIEST, BEST TASTING CHOCOLATE CAKE!!! I made this cake for a party I was invited to, no one knew the difference & everyone loved it.
