Rum Cake

INGREDIENTS

YELLOW BISCUIT
8 eggs
8 tablespoons of white sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons of oil
6 tablespoons of Vitarium Plain Flour
BROWN BISCUIT
8 eggs
8 tablespoons of white sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons of oil
6 tablespoons of Vitarium Plain flour
1 tablespoon of Cocoa
4 tablespoons of Grander Walnuts
FILLING ONE
1 litre Milk
9 tablespoons white sugar
9 tablespoons Vitarium Plain flour
Vanillin sugar
200g butter
2 teaspoons of Rum
FILLING TWO
9 tablespoons white sugar
9 tablespoons Vitarium Plain Flour


STEP ONE

Prepare oven to 200C

STEP TWO

BISCUIT ONE - Whisk eggs and sugar until nicely beaten; around 10 min with electric mixer, add baking powder, oil flour. When baked cool down for 10 minute and cut horizontally in half.

STEP THREE

BISCUIT TWO - Whisk eggs and sugar until nicely beaten around 10mins with electric mixer, add baking powder, oil, flour, coca and walnuts. When baked cool down for 10 min and cut horizontally in half.

STEP FOUR

FILLING ONE - 1/2 milk put to boil, in another bowl mix the rest of the milk (1/2) milk, sugar and flour add to the boiled milk cook for 5-7 min and leave to cool down. When it is completely cool down add already whisked butter,vanillin sugar and rum.

STEP FIVE

FILLING TWO - 1/2 milk put to boil, in another bowl mix the rest of the milk (1/2 milk) sugar and flour add to the boiled milk cook for 5-7 min and leave to cool down. When it is completely cooled down add already whisked butter, cocoa, vanillin sugar and rum.

STEP SIX

The cake can be filled in this order: Brown biscuit, White fill, Yellow biscuit, Brown fill, Brown biscuit, Yellow fill, Yellow biscuit, Brown Fill,

STEP SEVEN

Decorate with icing our whipped cream. Cake can be left as it is or to be more creative and decorative cut in any shape you like or as shown to make special occasion cake.
