INGREDIENTS
BISCUIT:
150g butter
150g white sugar
150g grander walnuts
70g Vitarium Plain Flour
Little bit of baking powder, gluten Free
4 egg whites
YELLOW POUR:
4 egg yolks
150g icing sugar, gluten free
1 vanillin sugar
CREAM:
100ml milk
100g walnuts
100g butter
100g sugar
100g butter
100g sugar
100g (gluten free) dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of grander walnuts for topping
STEP ONE
Mix sugar and butter until very soft, add grander walnuts, flour, baking powder and at the end egg whites nicely whisked. Bake in oven on 180C but not to the end.
STEP TWO
Mix egg yokes with sugar and vanilla sugar, pour on the half bake mix and bake to the end.
STEP THREE
In saucepan heat milk and sugar, when it is boiling add walnuts, chocolate and butter. Let it cool down for 5-10 min and pour over mixture 2.
